Fill 0% on the layers.

and try to draw a flame silhouette, having white color.
Make a copy of the new made layer and select Free Transform option to turn it a little and apply the parameters from below (the color is FFB80E).

that will help us to represent the frame of the cigarette lighter.

Make a copy of the new made layer, placing the copy exactly like in the picture below.
We have to apply also on the layers this tool
combined with another tool
to dark out a little the lowest part of the copy.
Move off from the copy the parameter Blending Options-Stroke.
Fill 50% on the layers.
Select the next instrument
and try to represent the frame of the burning lighter’s place.

Select now a different instrument
which will be helpful in creating the primary layer of the lighter’s small wheel.
Place the layers correctly, the way it is indicated below:

Using the same instrument, represent also another detail, composing the cigarette lighter.
Place correctly the layers.

Represent the cover of the lighter, having this tool
and correcting its shape with another instrument
. Now we have to turn around the drawn element, applying the usual option, Free Transform.

Represent now the orifice on the burning element, having the instrument from here

Make three copies of the new made layer and place the copies like it is shown on the picture. Make the necessary corrections on the parameters if that is necessary.
Move off the parameter Blending Options-Stroke from the third copy. Change also the rest of the parameters:
