Open a new file (File>New) with 780×360 px and 72 dpi and then apply the Rectangle Tool (U) to represent the background for the site to be next.
Set the layer’s parameters on the layers’ panel (click on the right mouse’s button on the marked layer).

Gradient’s parameters:
Create a new layer and represent the primary elements of the texture’s cliché of 4×4 px and 72 dpi, done with the Pencil Tool (B), colored in C5C5C5.
Save it!
Create a new layer and apply the next options for it.
Apply Add a Mask option for this layer (on the layers’ panel bottom) and choose the Gradient Tool (G) to dark out the lowest part of the background.
Now we shall use the Rounded Rectangle Tool (U) to represent the primary layer, reserved for the site’s sections, out of which we’ll cut out several circles (pressing the Alt button and using the Ellipse Tool (U)).

Blending Options>Inner Glow
Blending Options>Gradient Overlay
Gradient’s parameters:
Blending Options>Pattern Overlay from Color Paper select the texture Blue Textured

Create one more primary texture of 4×4 px and 72 dpi, using the Pencil Tool (B) of black color.
It will be saved too!
Create a new layer and select the Rounded Rectangle Tool (U) to draw the frame designed for the site’s section (the colors is E2E2E2).

Next we’ll apply the Rectangle Tool (U) to create the layer reserved for the menu’s panel situated on the site’s header that will have the white color.
Fill 30% on the layers.
Create one more layer above the previous one, colored with C6C6C6, using the same Rounded Rectangle Tool (U)
Blending Mode-Linear Burn
Fill 60% on the layers
Using the same instrument, represent now the menu’s button that would have the color 25DCF7.

Applying the last instrument (Rounded Rectangle Tool (U)), represent now one more button on the menu’s panel situated on the site’s header.

Make two copies of the recently made layer and select the Free Transform option to stretch the copy out if necessary, placing it the way it is shown on the next picture.
The next stage includes creating the lateral menu’s panel reserved for the auxiliary buttons. We’ll use two instruments: firstly - Rounded Rectangle Tool (U) and then click on the Alt button to cut out circles form the right side, applying the Ellipse Tool (U).

Next we’ll select again the Ellipse Tool (U) to represent the primary layer reserved for navigating buttons situated on the right side.

The next step includes creating a new layer reserved for a button, choosing the same Rounded Rectangle Tool (U)

Make a copy of the new made layer and place it the way it is demonstrated next picture.
The next step includes selecting firstly the Pen Tool (P) and draw a triangle (the button’s symbol), having the black color.

Copy it on another button, turning it over with Free Transform selection.
Now we have to draw a flare on the button’s surface that would have the white color, using the Ellipse Tool (U), erasing the lowest top with Delete Anchor Point Tool

Fill 80% on the layers.

Select now the Line Tool (U) to represent two vertical stripes of black and white color.

Choose the same Ellipse Tool (U) to draw a small ball between the lateral site’s panel and the main one.

The last stage includes inserting the pictures’ screenshots we want to place on the site.
