In this tutorial you will learn how to create a web layout for persoanl site.

We shall begin by opening a new file of 800×800 px and 72 dpi and then apply the Rectangle Tool (U) to represent the background of the next site.

The layer’s parameters may be set by marking out one layer and clicking on it on the right mouse’s button.

Create a new layer now and select the Brush Tool (B) from a standard set of brushes clicking on the right mouse’s button on the picture (the color is 98B660). Represent after that two small stripes the way it is indicated on the picture below. The unnecessary elements may be erased with the usual instrument – Eraser Tool (E).

Choose now the Rounded Rectangle Tool (U) and represent the primary layer, reserved for the site’s panel, but we have to delete a top from the upper part and from the left bottom (Delete Anchior Point Tool)

We have to represent now the frame designed for the site’s panel, applying the instrument from here: Rounded Rectangle Tool (U)

Set the layer’s parameters on the layers’ panel.
Fill 0% on the layers.

Then we have to create a special layer for the menu’s panel situated on the site’s header, using the usual Rectangle Tool (U).

Select the Line Tool (U) to draw a dividing line on the menu’s panel situated as we said on the site’s header:

Make two copies of the new made layer and place the copies the same way it is demonstrated below. Place this layer under the frame’s one:

Write now the titles of the menu’s buttons, keeping the demands from the next table:

Using the Line Tool (U), try to make three horizontal dividing stripes on the site’s panel, colored with CBF08E.

Entitle now the site’s sections, applying the same demands from the next tables:

Now we have to fill the site’s sections with the necessary text, keeping again the demands inserted below:

Create a new layer of 21х21px with 72dpi to represent a kind of primary elements reserved for the cliché’s texture, colored in white, choosing the known Rectangle Tool (U) and turning it over with Free Transform option:

Save it!

Click now on the Create a new layer option in the layers’ panel and select the next:

Adjust the layer’s parameters and change the Blending Mode - Normal to Soft Light.
Fill 40% on the layers:

Create a new layer. Take the Pencil Tool (B) of big size and represent a vertical panel situated on the left side, colored in 9E80E1, erasing the unnecessary elements with the usual instrument applied in these cases – Eraser Tool (E)

Change the Blending Mode - Normal to Overlay in the layers’ panel:

Select again the Rounded Rectangle Tool (U) to create a new layer, reserved for the site’s name, on the left upper site’s part, erasing one top with the Delete Anchior Point Tool.

Make a copy of the new made layer and apply the previous tool (Delete Anchior Point Tool) to erase by top from each corner on the right side. Select the Free Transform option to move a little the right side to the left one:
