For the beginning, let’s create a new file (File>New), having 1280×1024 px and 72 dpi.
Select then the Rectangle Tool (U) that should be used for representing the background of the picture to be on the final stage.

On the next stage we’ll draw the primary layer reserved for the player’s buttons. In this case we should use firstly the Ellipse Tool (U) and then press SHIFT button while using the Rounded Rectangle Tool (U) (radius 10 px) to insert several prominences on the left and right sides, as well as on the top and bottom parts. Press Alt button while using the Rectangle Tool (U) to divide the buttons on special sectors. Make the appropriate changes with the Free Transform option if necessary.

Combine in a group all the layers composing the decorative insertion with its three elements (press Ctrl button to mark out the appropriate layers and then hold on the left mouse’s button while taking the marked layers on Create a new group solution). Make a copy of the last created group and choose again the Free Transform option to turn over the copy the same way shown below.
We need also to change the layer’s parameters of those three inside elements.

Create a new layer and then let’s draw on it a new decorative element situated on the bottom part of the media player’s screen. We need to choose also the Pencil Tool (B) (brush of 3 px) for this manipulation. All the elements should be created on the same layer. The color is white.

Make a click on the same layer on the bottom part of the layers’ panel on Add a Mask option. Using the Gradient Tool (G) (the instrument’s direction should be from left to the right side), it’s possible to represent a kind of darkening.

It’s time to create a new layer for a special button, applying the Rounded Rectangle Tool (U) (radius 5 px) and the color from here - #5E5E5E

Make a copy of the new layer and select the Free Transform option to place the copy as the next image indicates it.
